You follow the law, pay your rent, pay your insurance, pay your employees, maintain a license, and do all the other things a licensed dealer must do while the curbstoner operates out of his back pocket and steals your business right in front of the authorities. These illegal dealers defraud the state of millions in sales tax dollars, sell cars with major defects, and take your paycheck while the authorities do little or nothing to stop them.
